Terms of service
What you can expect from us, and what we expect from you.

What we provide
ScrapeField is an API that returns structured data about public pages on Google Maps, LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok. You call an endpoint, we return JSON, and we charge the credits published on the pricing page.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Google, LinkedIn, Meta or ByteDance. Their names and marks appear on this site only to say which platform an endpoint reads.
What we charge
- The credit cost of every endpoint is published, and it is the cost we charge.
- A response served from cache costs the same as one we fetch. You are charged for the answer, not for how we produced it.
- A call that fails through no fault of yours costs nothing, and the refund appears in your usage ledger automatically.
- Credits do not expire. There is no subscription and no billing period for them to expire at the end of.
- We may change prices, and we will tell you at least 30 days before a change takes effect. A change never applies to a period you have already paid for.
What we do not promise
The platforms we read from change without telling anyone. We do not promise that a given page, field or account will be available, and we do not promise completeness. What we do promise is that we will say so on our status page, and that you will not pay for calls we cannot serve.
Except where the law does not allow it, the service is provided as it is, and our total liability to you in any twelve-month period is limited to what you paid us in that period. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect losses.
What you are responsible for
- Having a lawful basis for the personal data you ask us for, and for what you do with it afterwards.
- Your own compliance with the terms of any platform you have a relationship with.
- Keeping your API keys secret. A call made with your key is your call.
- Staying inside the acceptable use policy.
Suspension
We can suspend a key that is breaking the acceptable use policy, and we will tell you why. Except where the breach is serious enough that waiting would be irresponsible, we will contact you before we cut anything off, and we refund unused credits on a suspension that turns out to be our mistake.
Ending it
There is no subscription, no minimum term and nothing that renews. You can stop using the API whenever you like, and close your account from the dashboard’s settings; closing it revokes every key at once. Unused credits are not refunded when you close it.
Changes to these terms
If we change something that matters, we will email you and date the change here. Continuing to use the API after that is acceptance.
